About NUE Paint
Our painting company is built around a better experience.
NUE Paint is a family-owned residential and commercial painting company. The painting is the craft. How the project is planned, explained and run is the part you’ll actually remember, so that’s what our company is organized around.
Meet the founder
Gary Dorleus
Gary’s background has always been hands-on. His technical training in mechatronics developed a disciplined approach to troubleshooting, precision and understanding how the details of a job affect the final result.
Before creating NUE Paint, Gary founded Atlanta Best Handyman, working directly with homeowners and commercial clients on repairs, improvements, installations and finish work. Working inside people’s homes and active businesses reinforced something important: customers remember more than the finished work. They remember whether the scope was clear, whether their property was respected, whether the work area stayed organized and whether someone kept them informed.
That experience led to NUE Paint — a family-owned painting company built around the complete customer experience. Painting is the specialization. Careful preparation, clear communication, organized execution and craftsmanship are the standard.
A Fresh Start for Every Space. isn’t only about changing the color of a room or refreshing a property. It’s about making the experience of getting there feel clear, professional and well cared for.
Why NUE Paint
Most of the work happens before the finish coat.
A repaint touches every surface in a room and every elevation of a building. Most of the work that determines how that finish turns out — the cleaning, the filling and sanding, the caulking, the priming, the masking — is finished and covered up before anyone sees a final color.
So the company is organized around the parts a customer cannot inspect at the end: a written scope agreed before anything is scheduled, preparation specified surface by surface rather than assumed, and a project someone is clearly accountable for from the first walkthrough to the last.
Family-owned
Our name goes on every project.
That means responsibility does not disappear once the work starts. If something needs attention, we own it, tell you about it, and work with you to the right resolution.
How the work runs
Want to see how that looks on a project?
The process is set out stage by stage — what happens, what we need from you, and what gets decided at each point.
