Residential • Commercial Painting
A Fresh Start Without the Painting Headache.
Your space needs a change. It does not need the mess, the guesswork, or chasing someone down to find out what happens tomorrow.
Residential and commercial painting across Metro Atlanta & Surrounding Areas, planned so you know what is being painted and how before anyone opens a can.
What are you painting?
Two very different projects. Start with yours.
My home
Inside, outside, one room or the whole house — and you are probably still living in it while the work happens.

How it works
Four stages, so you are never guessing what happens next.
Schedule Your Consultation
Tell us about the property and what you want painted. We follow up to arrange the consultation.
Walkthrough & Written Scope
We look at the actual surfaces, discuss colors and finishes, and put the scope in writing so the price is tied to defined work.
Preparation & Painting
Surfaces are cleaned, repaired and masked before any paint is applied. The space is protected while we work and tidied at the end of each day.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished work with you, address anything that needs attention, and leave the space ready to use.
What it is like
Painting should change your space, not take over your life.
The paint is the easy part. The rest is what decides how the week goes.
There will still be ladders in the hallway for a few days. What there does not need to be is uncertainty about what was agreed, what is happening today, or who to ask.
That is what we mean by A Fresh Start for Every Space.
You know what you are paying for
Surfaces, preparation, products and finishes are written down and priced before anything is scheduled, so the number is attached to defined work rather than a guess about a room.
You do not need the paint decided
Arriving without a color or finish in mind is normal. Color, sheen and product are worked out with you during the walkthrough and written into the scope, so nothing is left to interpretation later.
Your floors and furniture are covered first
Protection goes down before any painting starts, and work areas are tidied at the end of each day. The parts of the property you are still using stay usable.
You always know what happens next
One point of contact runs the project from the first walkthrough to the last, including across several locations. You should not have to chase anyone to find out what is happening tomorrow.

Questions
Before you schedule a consultation.
How do I schedule a consultation?
Send us the details of your project and we will arrange a consultation and a walkthrough of the space. After the walkthrough you receive a written scope and price, so you can see exactly what is included before anything is scheduled.
What does your preparation include?
Preparation depends on the surface, and it is agreed in the written scope before work starts. It generally covers cleaning, repairing and sanding surfaces, caulking where needed, priming bare or repaired areas, and masking and covering everything that is not being painted.
Do you help with color selection?
Yes. We go through colors, sheens and finishes with you during the walkthrough, and the choices are recorded in the written scope so there is no ambiguity once work begins.
Who supplies the paint?
Paint and materials are specified in your written scope, including product and finish for each surface, so you know what is going on the walls before you approve the work.
How many coats will my project need?
There is no single answer for every surface. The existing color, the new color, the condition of the surface, the product and the finish you want can all change the coating plan. We work it out during the walkthrough and write the planned coats into your scope, so it is priced rather than assumed.
Can you paint an occupied home?
Yes. Most residential painting happens while people are still living in the house. During the walkthrough we go through which areas are being painted and what needs to be moved or protected, so the scope is planned around a home you are still using.
What happens to my furniture and floors?
Furniture is moved or covered and floors are protected before painting starts. We clean up at the end of each working day and put the space back at the end of the project.
Do you take on commercial work?
Yes. We handle offices, retail spaces, common areas, unit turnovers, and projects spanning multiple locations under a single point of contact.
