This notice is from NUE Paint LLC, a Georgia limited liability company providing residential and commercial painting services in Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. On this page, "NUE Paint", "we" and "us" mean NUE Paint LLC.

It describes what happens to information you give us through this website, through our online request form, and when you contact us about painting work.

You can browse this website without giving us anything. We do not ask you to create an account.

When you ask us about painting work — through our online request form, by email, or by phone — you may provide your name, your email address, your phone number, the property or service address, and whatever you tell us about the project. If you are enquiring on behalf of a business, that may include a company name.

You choose what to send. The only information we need is enough to reply to you and to understand the property.

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, to provide painting services, to schedule consultations and assessments, to prepare estimates, to communicate with you about your project, to send text messages you have requested or consented to receive, and to administer our relationship with you as a customer.

We also use it to keep our own records of the work we have quoted and carried out.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

We use an online request form provided by PaintScout to receive consultation requests. PaintScout is the software we use to prepare and manage estimates.

The form is provided by PaintScout and appears on our estimate page. When you use it, the information you enter goes from your browser to PaintScout. It does not pass through this website's own server, and this website does not keep a copy of it.

The form asks for your contact details, a description of the work you want done, how you would prefer to be contacted, and optionally photographs of the project. Sending it is a request to talk — it does not book an appointment.

PaintScout processes this information on our behalf, under PaintScout's own privacy policy.

We use service providers to operate our website, our scheduling, our communications and our business systems. They may process information when that is necessary to provide those services to us, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

PaintScout's request form loads supporting services from other providers inside its own frame. We do not control those services, we do not receive data from them, and we have not verified what each of them receives. What we can tell you is which ones load and what they are for:

• PaintScout — the request form itself, and the software we use to manage estimates
• Amazon Web Services — hosting for PaintScout's form and for the address it sends your request to
• Google — web fonts used by the form's own styling

If you only browse this website and do not open our estimate page, none of those services is involved.

NUE Paint runs no advertising tags or marketing pixels on this website.

We run no analytics on this website.

Nothing else on this website sets a cookie of its own.

Like most websites, the server that delivers these pages processes standard technical request information such as IP address and browser type as part of serving them.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that support delivery of the messaging program.

We do not sell mobile information, and we do not sell or transfer text-messaging consent for unrelated marketing.

If you give us your mobile number and consent to text messages, we use it to reply to you and to send messages about your request or your project — scheduling, confirmations and reminders, rescheduling notices, project updates, estimate notifications, invoice and payment notifications, and customer care. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Marketing and promotional text messages require separate consent and are not covered by the service messages described above.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us using the contact details at the end of this notice and tell us what you would like.

We may need to confirm who you are before we act on a request, and we may need to keep certain records — for example, records of work carried out and paid for — where there is a business or legal reason to do so. If we cannot delete something, we will tell you why.

You can stop marketing email at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by telling us. You can stop text messages by replying STOP or by telling us.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to the people who need it to do their work, and using established service providers for scheduling and communications rather than handling everything ourselves.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Email and text in particular are not secure, so please do not send us payment card numbers, bank details or government identification numbers that way.

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was given — to answer your question, to carry out and stand behind the work, and to keep the business and tax records we are required to keep.

A request that does not turn into a project is kept only as long as it is useful to us as a record of having been asked, and is then deleted. If you want yours deleted sooner, ask us and we will delete it.

We may update this notice. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published.
