Commercial

Your building needs painting. Your business doesn’t need the disruption.

Offices, retail spaces, common areas, unit turnovers and work across several locations — planned around how the property actually operates, with a defined scope and one person accountable from walkthrough to closeout.

How we work

Built for people who have to answer for the building.

A scope your finance team can read

Surfaces, preparation, products and finishes written out and priced as defined work — what makes a painting quote comparable to another one, and approvable without a follow-up call.

Scheduled around occupancy

Turnovers are scheduled against your dates. For occupied spaces we agree working hours and sequence up front, so the work fits around the business rather than interrupting it.

Turnovers hit the date they are for

A unit between tenants has a date attached to it. The sequence is agreed before the crew arrives, so the schedule is something you can plan a move-in around rather than something you chase.

Several locations, one standard

The same written scope and the same specification travel across sites, so a suite in one building is not finished to a different standard than the same suite in another.

One point of contact

Including across several sites. You are not reassembling the status of a project from separate conversations with separate crews.

Sites left in order

Work areas masked and protected before painting, tidied at the end of each working day. Common areas stay presentable while the project runs.

Property types

Three buildings, three different problems.

Office painting

An occupied office is a logistics problem before it is a painting problem. Desks, monitors, cabling and files all have to be protected or moved, and people have work to do. We walk the space, agree what we move and what your team clears, and write it into the scope so nobody is improvising on the morning.

Retail and customer-facing space

In a retail or treatment space the finish is part of the brand. Colour has to match what is already there, edges have to be clean at eye level, and the work is sequenced so the parts your customers see are not left half-finished between visits.

Property management and tenant spaces

If you manage the building rather than occupy it, you need a scope you can hand to an owner and a standard you can hold across every unit. We quote per unit or per suite, keep the written specification the same across each one, and give you documentation that matches what was actually done.

Scheduling

Painting scheduled around how the building is used.

Commercial painting often requires careful scheduling around business operations. We coordinate evening, overnight, weekend, or phased work when appropriate to help minimize disruption.

What that looks like for your property is agreed before anything starts and written into the scope — including which areas are worked in what order, and when each is handed back. Drying and curing times depend on the coating and the conditions on site, so any timing that matters to you belongs in that document rather than in a promise over the phone.

How it works

The same four stages, whether it is one suite or twelve.

  1. Schedule Your Consultation

Tell us about the property and what you want painted. We follow up to arrange the consultation.

  2. Walkthrough & Written Scope

We look at the actual surfaces, discuss colors and finishes, and put the scope in writing so the price is tied to defined work.

  3. Preparation & Painting

Surfaces are cleaned, repaired and masked before any paint is applied. The space is protected while we work and tidied at the end of each day.

  4. Final Walkthrough

We walk the finished work with you, address anything that needs attention, and leave the space ready to use.
